I signed up for an annual maintenance plan with them so I wouldn’t have to worry about my air conditioner. They came for the second visit now and I didn’t even have to call to schedule, they reached out to me first. They also noticed that the coil needed cleaning which improves air quality, and since I have the plan I even got a discount. I think that’s amazing.
My air conditioner wasn’t working, it was actually an emergency, and when I called them they arrived in less than two hours. They managed to fix the problem for an affordable price and that quick response really impressed me
Their customer service impressed me right from the first call. The technician arrived and was also very attentive and polite. They did a coil cleaning and maintenance that turned out really well.
