Very Disappointing Experience at FCDA I’m truly disappointed with our second experience at FCDA. My niece cheers for an elementary school cheerleading team, and it’s heartbreaking to see these young girls leave it all on the mat, hitting zero mistakes and performing their best, only to be passed over for teams that have visible falls and mistakes. Our School competed at our first FCDA Competition. The competition seemed to be run efficiently but was very disappointed with the Score Sheets. If you are an All Star Team, the judging favors your routine. If you are a School Team, the judging sets you up for failure. No judges score for crowd effective material. No judging for use of stunts to lead the crowd, no judging for use of signs, poms to lead the crowd, no CHEER Category at all on Scoresheets!
