Unfortunately this is one of the many cases of probably a good doctor with a horrible staff! After my initial visit no one but Jessica knew how to get into the patient portal and one month later still struggling with that. Additionally the doctor expressed interest in taking over a treatment but they dropped the ball there too. After talking on the phone she explained I would have to pay them $100 for the pre-authorization. Whoever heard of anything sillier? I have to pay you so you can make money from my insurance? Hahahah
Dr. Conidi was great in helping me to relieve my migraines. I am so grateful for it. I also enjoy my physical therapy with Trina.
Dr. Conidi really came through! I was stuck in bed with migraines and could no longer function and had no clue why or even what a migraine truly was until this occurred. I felt a pop in the back of my head and for a month straight couldn't function more than 10%, I called seeking relief and after a few sets of questions and back and forth he gave me a medicine to try and some suggestions and thankfully all worked flawless and all I know is I got my life back and I'm very thankful for Dr. Conidi and his entire staff for helpi... read more
Dr repeatly laughed at my questions, expressed that they were silly to ask. He had belittling/demeaning behavior, laughing at valid medical questions that were recommended by other medical professionals I have continued care with. When I asked him to stop laughing at every question he cited his credentials and told me to see someone else if I was unhappy with his response. He also kept referring to politicals which quite honestly caught me off guard and had absolutely nothing to fo with my visit.
