This place is a scam. They order Botox for you? YOU have to pay $100 and do the authorization process yourself. They order medications that actually work for you (Nurtec) well then they ignore the requests for approval from the pharmacy and when you call to ask them to approve it they say that’ll be $100! For what? For you to approve medications YOU ALREADY PRESCRIBED ME? This place is a SCAM OPERATION!!!! He’s a quack. Stay far away.

Unfortunately this is one of the many cases of probably a good doctor with a horrible staff! After my initial visit no one but Jessica knew how to get into the patient portal and one month later still struggling with that. Additionally the doctor expressed interest in taking over a treatment but they dropped the ball there too. After talking on the phone she explained I would have to pay them $100 for the pre-authorization. Whoever heard of anything sillier? I have to pay you so you can make money from my insurance? Hahahah
Dr. Conidi was great in helping me to relieve my migraines. I am so grateful for it. I also enjoy my physical therapy with Trina.
