Discriminatory practices amongst staff during the hiring process. My name does not give a clear indication of whether I am a male or female, and I received an invitation to schedule an interview here until they found out I am a man. A lady picked up the phone when I called to schedule an interview, she asked if I was inquiring about the receptionist job and then sounded confused when I said yes. She took my info and I was never called. So I called the next day, spoke with another lady who had the same reaction as the first. ... read more
