I’d leave 0 if I could. You will wait hours for shots. The front office staff sucks!!!
The doctors are very nice, but be warned there are long waits for allergy shots. Thinking about transferring to a new office bc of this. Having to come once or twice a week for shots it is too much to be waiting 30-40 minutes to be called back for a shot. And that’s not just occasionally, that is every time. When I signed up to do the weekly shots I was told it would be super quick. Definitely not the case!
Finding a new provider after going to so many specialists and having to tell your problems over again in hopes the provider will listen and not judge. Honestly, I enjoyed both providers at two different locations and decided to stay with Dr. Bachove. She presented interested in finding the culprit of my hives. She listened and was easy to talk to and genuinely cared. The office staff were knowable and welcoming, too. They were super accommodating and I appreciate all of their effort to make my experience great! Thank you 🥰
