Michael Short and his crew including his son were outstanding in meeting all our needs and went well beyond the required, with courtesy and very good prices. This was fixing structural damage on our house after it was crashed into in the middle of the night in a hit and run. This company and contractor were tborough, professional and great to work with. I was referred to Florida Catastrophe through Velocity Insurance Direct Program. I didn't hire them because communications was worst than problematic. They sent out an estimator - When I ask them a "yes or no" question about what was included in the estimate. It took almost a month to get the answer. First, they suggested that I signed the contract and they would explain everything afterward.
