The receptionist was helpful getting me the appointment info I made the week before.
She was wonderful
Today, Harleen from the Longwood location helped me over the phone, getting my paperwork ready and sending it over to my surgeon for my surgery clearance. She followed up with me twice to ensure that it was received. Overall, she was very pleasant to speak with, and this is the most I have felt helped since going to FL Cardiology. I truly appreciated her customer service and urgency in this matter. She seemed like she WANTED to help, not that she had to!
