Too many patients, staff will not answer phone, there is no email or communication and the only way you can get them to answer is to press the number that says your a doctor or nurse calling. They will make you wait for a scheduled appointment and have no respect for the quality of life of the patient whether in distress or not. It's either their way only or the highway.
