I have been a patient of Dr Pacifico since 2015. He and his staff have always given me excellent care. I’ve had several heart cath prcedures and a pacemaker. They are a busy practice but worth the wait.
If I could give 0 stars I would, if you want cardiac doctors that care go somewhere else, these people will leave you lay in the hospital and come up with every excuse why they couldn't come see you, and I was already a patient of theirs, horrible treatment and no office communication, would not recommend unless you want to lay there and die!
Dr. Fox is a fantastic physician. The team is very caring. I recommend to a friend.
Dr. Fox is a fantastic physician. The front office team that supports Dr Fox, on the other hand, is sullen, rude, bossy, and argumentative. It's as if they imported the entire front office staff from the New York DMV. The concept of customer service is absent with the office. They've outsourced some functions, so don't be surprised if you receive calls from strange numbers. Dr. Fox himself is great, and he's the sole reason I drive to Sarasota for follow-up.
