I have been a patient at Florida Cancer Specialists and Research Institute for roughly four months, and every experience has been excellent. Every staff member I have encountered from the front desk, to the laboratory, to the infusion center has been professional, kind, and respectful. My gastroenterologist referred me out to oncology to get a line placed the receptionist on the phone was very pleasant and willing to try to help me out.
In the short period of time my husband has been coming here so far for Chemotherapy, we both are pleased with the care and center. The nurses and office staff are professional, knowledgeable, and experienced at what they do. Melanie is very sweet. friendly, and caring. Melody in nursing is professional and answers all questions. Clean, well kept facility. So happy we are with Dr. Dodd and his team.
This office is special. The staff care for you like you were their own family. Dr. Dodd is very sharp, professional, knowledgeable and caring. P.A. Miller is excellent. But wait, there’s more! The creams of the crop for this office are the nurses and technicians. Nurses Melody, Marie, Alyson and Kristen are amazing. Their service is second to none.
