Had an appt with Dr Percent today 6/8/26 at 9:45 am. I arrived on time and registered at the front desk. I sat on the lobby waiting for my name to be called. I noticed that other patients who registered after me were being called. After an hour of waiting, I received a call from the front desk asking me why I didn't show up for my scheduled appt. I told to the caller that I have registered and waiting in the lobby. Nobody in the office can explained why they lost my registration. I did ask to speak with the office manager an... read more
Tammy at the front desk even ignologed that we was waiting she took care of us right away all the other ladies just looked at us and there was a line of people outside the door thank you tammy
