ZERO regard for patients. 2 WEEKS IN A ROW THEY CALL TO RESCHEDULE A 34 WEEK PREGNANT WOMAN WHO NEEDS IRON TRANSFUSIONS. While having the audacity to act as if being upset isn’t understandable.
08/04/26. Sure don't know whats wrong today but it's absolutely TERRIBLE in here today. 10:45am appt. Waited out front 45 minutes for Labs and have been waiting back here for an hour and 15 minute. Half of that time sitting IN THE FLOOR because there were no chairs available. Although half of them were filled with visitors. I've currently been on premises for 2hr 15 mins, still haven't been taken to the infusion room. I certainly DON'T feel well taken care of today!!!! As a youth I’ve never been one to get stuck or didn’t figure my way! My conversations, questions that need educating. Dr. Lobo has never made me feel like “Oh your thoughts, hopes or emotions are too high” Lobo matched my energy bringing more light. Great care means being personable, intentional, compassionate, taking the time to walk the patient through with exceptional care. Very Poor Service.. You will wait an hour to be called in even if you are early.. and then wait in a room for an hour before been seen ??? What a joke..there are better Oncologists in Florida.... that are punctual and more friendly... and they were just fined $120 million by the Department of Justice investigation into a criminal antitrust conspiracy... how about that ?
