I would like to share my concern regarding the maintenance staff at this building. Today, I witnessed what appeared to be a lead maintenance employee training another staff member. While passengers were inside the elevator trying to get to their medical appointments on time, he stopped the elevator on the fourth floor and began having a personal conversation instead of allowing the elevator to continue. I don’t understand why this office has an issue with their employees properly communicating with patients. My appointments for over a year now have been every TWELVE weeks since my numbers are controlled. On Friday I thought my appointment was for labs AND the Dr, but I had left my appointment paper at home, so at that time I could not verify and they only took labs.
