Dr Heather Miller is so knowledgeable ,kind,caring and compassionate.
I was very anxious to go to FCS after having been a Moffitt patient for the last 5 years. But, insurance changes came and I chose FCS. How happy that I did! From the front desk to the oncologist all I came in contact with were kind, considerate, knowledgeable and patient. Things are a little different when it comes to the size of the facility and how they manage their phlebotomy and chemo rooms. Always pleasant and professional staff. Dr. David Wright is a doctor that really cares about his patients. Very knowledgeable and professional. He always takes time during my visits to really listen. Priceless and one of a kind. So thankful he is my doctor.
I’ve always been treated kindly and as an individual by all the staff. The lab and the infusion staff are the best. They all strive to help however they can whether I’m there or on the phone. Dr Cogburn is the most caring compassionate doctor I have and I have many. She listens to my concerns. She makes sure that she’s doing what’s best for my condition.
