I don’t understand why this office has an issue with their employees properly communicating with patients. My appointments for over a year now have been every TWELVE weeks since my numbers are controlled. On Friday I thought my appointment was for labs AND the Dr, but I had left my appointment paper at home, so at that time I could not verify and they only took labs. Dr Heather Miller is so knowledgeable ,kind,caring and compassionate.
I was very anxious to go to FCS after having been a Moffitt patient for the last 5 years. But, insurance changes came and I chose FCS. How happy that I did! From the front desk to the oncologist all I came in contact with were kind, considerate, knowledgeable and patient. Things are a little different when it comes to the size of the facility and how they manage their phlebotomy and chemo rooms.
