This is such a hard time for patients and their families and I just want to give credit to Mariana the sweetest nurse I have met. She took the time to explain everything and took such good care of my elderly mother on her first chemo. She is definitely an amazing person caring person,very professional.
My concern is I use my portal for communication and I feel it is not really monitored. I had to send multiple messages before I received a responds (we received your message) and at that point my questions were not even answered. Thanks , Howard
