Have appointment scheduled for 8/14/25 @ 2:45; received email reminder to confirm which I did. Arrived and checked in @ 2:13. After an hour of sitting with no acknowledgement, nor receiving forms to be presented when called for service, I finally approached the windows, behind which 3 employees were there, and inquired about my scheduled appointment. Excellent doctor.
This place is awful. Plan to spend forever here and don’t be surprised if you are waiting for your appointment. I never receive notifications regarding my appts. The atmosphere is awful considering people have to spend a lot of time receiving infusions. They could do much better.
