For the life of me This place can not get my Bill straight. Asking me to get Bankstatmens for Credit Card Payments, and keep changing amount due, as soon I show proof, the make up on other one. Wasted many hrs of my time. Refusing to give me a recipient for amount paid in Person, before I left Office. But showing wrong amount on statement, wich was very difficult to get from them. The office staff are illiterate and won't do anything. I've been trying to get records transferred from Ocala to Lakewood ranch office for three weeks. No one can figure out how to accomplish this.
Dr. Pelayo is an outstanding doctor, and I’ve been a patient for 8 years. However, the office staff at this location is incredibly frustrating to deal with. They consistently mishandle billing. At my most recent annual appointment, they claimed I didn’t have any insurance on file—even though I’ve been a patient here for nearly a decade. Have to thank Brenda for her help getting my PET scan done in a timely matter . Unfortunately for this office if she is not around I would be waiting months. Also there staff ( other than Brenda ) are not very good in returning calls . Thank you Brenda for a good job .
