I have been seen at this facility throughout my entire pregnancy and continue to receive care here. Every single person in the office—the front desk receptionists, the nurses, and the doctors—is absolutely amazing and supportive in person. However, the administrative side is a completely different story. The call center staff are rude, dismissive, and frequently make slick remarks when either my husband or I call in. DO NOT USE THEM. They will not support you once they start your “treatment “. If you need help outside of office hours or if “your” specific doctor is not in that day, you have to have an appointment to manage unexpected side effects. Administrative staff is NOT trained to recognize customers in distress. You are left to navigate all challenges on your own. After hours answering service is a joke. Very nervous first time getting iv infusion. The staff was very professional and kind. Dr. Pathak and APRN Alysha Petroff took lots of time explaining my condition in a way I could understand and didn't feel rushed.

This review is for Tonya Lambright, N.P. I was referred to this office 2 years ago in July 2024. I can confidently say this is hands down the best medical facility. Tonya is very professional, transparent of my needs as a patient, & keeps exploring new ways to ensure my health is her #1 priority. Thank you Tonya for what you do. It is appreciated beyond belief
