This particular visit had me waiting 50 mins for lab work. Usually it no more than 10-15mins. Unfortunately, no one could give me a reason for the long wait.
Carol arrived at her appt. (1:45) from a CT Scan appt. at 1PM. My husband went in and asked since I was only getting a shot from a Nurse if they could see me early; they said yes. It was a very cold day and sitting in the waiting area was equally cold we waited. At 2:30 she was called back for the shot! This is very poor customer service and a lack of caring of customers. Very good care but wait time on last visit was almost an hour. Was told they now have two Doctors, but no increase in staff to draw blood
Love Dr. Al! Best decision in my cancer journey. He listens and is up to date on treatments.
