Front desk team needs to do a better job when receiving patients, and treat them equally . After 6 months, we came for another appointment, it still the same issues. Training and coaching of the crew ,it's a must in this facility. It's a discrimination culture in this Clermont facility. Please act to correct.

For terrible circumstances I couldn't ask for better care. Everyone makes you feel special here. As soon as you walk in to sign to the girls that take blood to the girls at the back. Dr K and even when your signing out those girls are amazing also. Class A establishment. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you!
I was there to get my Prolia shot, everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was a good experience for me.
