I was very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of entire staff. It started with the volunteer offering me a most needed warmed blanket and kindness of Bonnie who was very knowledgeable, skilled as a phlebotomist and very attentive. Should also mention office workers who were very helpful.

Office is always busy but the wait is not bad. The office staff is nice.
