If this survey is regarding my appointment on July 15th I was not a very happy patient. I was there for an annual visit and due to the fact that the doctor that I saw in 2024 is no longer there they had me down to see one of the two new doctors and that particular doctor was not on duty that day. After we went round and round they were finally able to get me to see the doctor that was on duty that day after I waited for a while.
