last time things were good this time not so good I was forgotten about up front and then forgotten about in the back for my arm infusion I watched several people bypass me with later appointments and I was just looked over an hour later I'm finally hooked up to a transfusion to wait another hour why my spouse has to wait. They say they're running behind but it looks like they're just short-staffed....3:23 just now hooked up appointment was at 2:15....signed in at 2:00.....

First experience and it was good.
The entire staff from the Doctors to the Security Guard are top notch. In today's world, it is difficult to know if an appointment will be kept or rescheduled by the provider, but not here. Every person that I have encountered, has been very helpful. The nurses are so compassionate and I have witnessed some difficult patients who have not been so nice, but the nurses and support staff do everything they can to accommodate the patient.
