The staff and nurses are so kind
I saw a provider today. Her bedside maner is non-existent. She came into the room never introduced herself. Her attitude was so cold and no comparison. On my way out, I asked her for her name and learned that her name is Justine. I am not sure if she is an NP, PA or MD?

Everyone I spoke to was friendly and kind. It seems those qualities are valued in staff and are certainly appreciated by patients.
