This facility seems to be unorganized. Starting with stating they never received initial contact information, followed by, "it is on the doctors desk, and IF they decide to treat you, they will contact you within a week". After intercession from the originating doctor/facility, suddenly, phone calls were made and appointments were scheduled only to have them retracted within the next couple of days. The staff and nurses are so kind
I saw a provider today. Her bedside maner is non-existent. She came into the room never introduced herself. Her attitude was so cold and no comparison. On my way out, I asked her for her name and learned that her name is Justine. I am not sure if she is an NP, PA or MD?
