I recently had a very disappointing experience getting my infusion. The nuse poked me in a way that caused visible bruising on my arm. When I expressed concern, instead of showing empathy, I felt dismissed and gaslighted. There was no acknowledgment of my discomfort or reassurance offered. It made an already stressful situation feel worse. I missed the days of better patient care and communication.
The staff was nice. Didn't take too long to see a doctor
Dr Reddy and the entire care staff were wonderful! I immediately knew I was in very good hands. All of the staff are kind and compassionate. Thank you, Dr. Reddy your great reputation is much deserved!!
I felt very comfortable with all of the staff. Dr Reddy, made me feel very relaxed & patient with any question I asked. Just so caring in my future health concerns.
