Hello, I just wanted to write briefly regarding my experience today (Friday). I just wanted to thank the nurses Shantae, Shanika, and the Medical Assistant CeCe for all their help today. I also wanted to thank Heather and the ladies at the front desk, who were also very patient and kind to me. I was a little nervous about taking some blood tests due to some of my health concerns and they all were very patient and allowed me to ask all my questions. Great service overall. The staff was friendly, courteous, and very efficient. Once I was seen, everything was handled quickly and professionally. The perfect outcome when going to the doctor.
Dr. Reddy is an exceptional medical oncologist and hematologist. He combines deep expertise with kindness and patience, he always taking the time to answer questions and explain things clearly. His calm and caring approach makes a challenging situation much easier. We recommend him. The staff is always kind, gentle and compassionate. Phone calls are answered in a timely manner. Even though we are in an unfortunate situation we are so fortunate to be in Dr. Reddy's and his staffs care. The Endlich Family
