Honestly do not understand how this place has 4.8 stars. They take forever to fill and give the prescriptions for chemo. Several times with the appointment scheduled at 8:30 but meds aren’t started until 10:30. The people who take vitals are not friendly. The people who schedule the next appointments aren’t friendly. The doctors do not listen to the requests of the patients. The only people who are friendly are the nurses in the chemo room. If you can go somewhere else for treatment, go there.
Unprofessional office staff.
There is nothing easy about a cancer journey. However, Florida Cancer Specialists continues to strive for excellence throughout the process. Trying new physicians can be difficult, but this has not been my experience with Dr. Shannon Stockton. She is wonderfully bright, professional, and knowledgeable. She takes time with me and explores all areas of concern. I am not a new patient.
