I am considering changing Oncologists. I have been with Fl. Cancer for 6 years. And I have seen it get worse and worse. You absolutely can NOT reach them by phone. So if you've got a problem, you're S.O.L. Their "queue call back system doesn't work properly, if you opt to utilize it, you will recieve a call back. But there isn't anyone there when you answer the call. It's dead air. So I called again and I waited, thinking they'd answer eventually.
