If Sierra answers the appointment line, I would recommend asking to speak with someone else. Unfortunately, my experience with her was both unprofessional and lacking in compassion. I called to reschedule my mother’s appointment after she broke her wrist. Old building, privacy for getting lab work is lacking. The lab team was professional. Other patients can see you and hear u getting labs and what labs. Also you can see patients getting treatment in the back i guess chemo. I observed patients hooked up to iv poles with blankets. The room I was in had NO pictures, the dr Akula could NOT show me any pictures of the area of concerns. She only read the impressions from the radiologist, i could of done that.
