After trying for 3 weeks to have my records transferred, they finally did it. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They have frustrated me to no end. I was told, by a family member, to contact Moffitt. Which I did. Their phone personal was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I already have an appointment. Everything happens for a reason.
