Went for follow-up visits to see I had another appointment to see Mamta T. Choksi, MD but instead was seen by a nurse for my last 2 visits, but charged my co-pay of $50 to see a specialist. I should have only paid $30, since I did not see the specialist, but only a nurse and not by my choice. I have contacted billing at FCS, as well as my own insurance carrier, BCBS. FCS claims they are able to charge a specialist fee under law even though I did not see a specialist. I believe this should be considered insurance fraud. This ... read more

absolutely love this place and all the employees are so kind and patient with me my father and my kids when they come. my dad has stage four prostate cancer that’s a metastatic and he is bedbound speech aphasia Hoyer lift. I’m a single mom with three kids. one disabled And work a full-time 40 Hour Week job . they are very considerate and will do their best to work with everyone to accommodate you and your family. thank you for all you do and all your doing for my father.
I was treated there for stage four cancer, and I'm so happy for the great care I received from Dr Choksi and her team. They were indeed phenomenal in the quality of care that they provided.
