I wish that I could like this business better because the staff was always very kind, But after speaking to my insurance company, I have confirmed that the thousands of dollars this company is charging me beyond what the insurance has already paid is an illegal billing practice, And when you call their corporate office to speak to somebody in the billing department to try to clear it up, they will only tell you that you are wrong and we'll never let you speak to a supervisor or correct the issue on their end, because that's ... read more

We love the care team but the facility itself leaves so much to be desired. Sitting in the waiting area reminds me of so many hospitals and medical offices from the 1950s and 1960s. The "musty'' smell is over-powering and while I sit there waiting I wonder what infectious disease am I gonna leave this place with. The facility needs to be closed and completely renovated. Again, the care staff is great but it ends there.
