System seems to work, yet is professional and people are quite friendly and helpful.
Check in and out is friendly and quick. I have never seen a rude staff member. I really appreciate the nurses in the infusion room. They speak to you even if you are in a pod other than their own. I am very comfortable going there for treatments.
I called in at the end of last year to schedule an appointment with a hematologist. I called in to follow up and they told me my records were on a doctor's desk. I waited 2 more months and when I called in I was told the 3 doctors declined to take me on as a patient. I have very low iron anemia deficiency. I wasn't aware doctors could just decide not to take you on, refuse to give you an appointment and never have anyone reach out to you.
