I had an exceptional experience at Florida Cancer Center in Ocala. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was treated with kindness, compassion, and respect. I recently wrote a review of this facility which I removed days later. The review was written out of frustration and I regret having done so. There is enough frustration already in our daily lives without these type of reviews. FCS has an excellent cancer chemotherapy program which I know is very effective. Frustrations should be and can be handled without these types of negative reviews. Thank you.
The medical has been excellent, the doctors exceptional in listening & understanding my husband's concerns. The front desk could use a little more polish when dealing with the patients trying to check in, they aren't without feelings & having a person at the desk that looks at you like she's doing you a favor by her being there isn't a great feeling especially when you are doing your best to feel better!
