I recently wrote a review of this facility which I removed days later. The review was written out of frustration and I regret having done so. There is enough frustration already in our daily lives without these type of reviews. FCS has an excellent cancer chemotherapy program which I know is very effective. Frustrations should be and can be handled without these types of negative reviews. Thank you.

The medical has been excellent, the doctors exceptional in listening & understanding my husband's concerns. The front desk could use a little more polish when dealing with the patients trying to check in, they aren't without feelings & having a person at the desk that looks at you like she's doing you a favor by her being there isn't a great feeling especially when you are doing your best to feel better!

It is with much regret I have to share a not so pleasant experience. My Daughter fell ill again with brain cancer. I begged her to stay local this time and I feel horrible because she did. I accompanied her to appointments and while the foundations support would have elevated a lot of financial burdens she was basically left in the cold. They were so unorganized and careless.Staff members assured they were helping her with her application twice faxing and emailed,to find out they did not. causing delays with requests. Dr.Matuszak treats my husband & is open to answer questions & open to patients participating in their care. Yesenia the scheduling operator is kind, compassionate & thorough. She presents the first impression of the facility as a true professional.
