I had an appointment there today for a shot which takes probably 1 minute to administer. I arrived 15 minutes early as I was instructed and from that point on sat there for nearly 2 hours waiting while checking in several times to make sure everything was okay. I had other appointments I needed to go to so I eventually left quite angry. Later that evening someone called me at home to schedule an appointment because according to them I was a no-show. From Ty at the front desk, to Viola in the back to Dr. Iyer.. everyone was absolutely amazing!! Very polite and professional and all around great atmosphere. Very thankful my daughter will be taking care of here. Wonderful people that truly want to help!!
