I have been coming to this practice for three years andI absolutely love Dr. Cultrera as my oncologist and several of the nurses in the infusion room are on point as well but when it comes to the office staff, they don’t know the first thing about customer service. There’s no compassion or empathy for the patients. They seem to forget that we’re there because we have a life-threatening disease and not just a common cold. Dr. Sadek is very thorough and understanding. He explains your condition and options so you are able to make the best choice for you.

Dr. Sadek was excellent—he saw us early, was personable, and we appreciated his care. Unfortunately, the staff member who provided the surgeon referral, future followup and scheduled the PET scan was underwelming. Her demeanor came across as dismissive and, at times, unintentionally insulting to both my wife and me. I recognize that everyone can have an off day, but in situations involving a recent cancer diagnosis, a more compassionate and supportive approach would make a meaningful difference.

Im under the care of Dr. Acevedo, I see Kyle, his NP. This man takes such good care of me. He truly cares is compassionate, understanding, listens to me & makes things right if I have concerns. Being in stage IV Cancer, They have kept me cancer free for almost a year. They know what they are doing & I'm so grateful to FCS. Thank You & God Bless you Kyle for taking care of me.
