Received a bill today. While accompaning my wife for her appointment, I asked a question regarding me personnally. Apparently, that constituted a "visit" and I was billed. It was a passing question that just popped into my head. The PA decided that it constituted a visit. and wrote it up in her notes. I am appalled that FCC would take advantage of a Senior that just asked a simple question. I love my Doc here, and this was not on her.
I have been coming to this practice for three years andI absolutely love Dr. Cultrera as my oncologist and several of the nurses in the infusion room are on point as well but when it comes to the office staff, they don’t know the first thing about customer service. There’s no compassion or empathy for the patients. They seem to forget that we’re there because we have a life-threatening disease and not just a common cold.
