Love Dr Newah and Dr McKeen and their amazing staff!!
As have all my visits---From my first encounter signing in, to my last interactions of a visit, FCS & Research Staff and Specialists are on point and generally just fine human beings. IMHO
The new PA, Francie, is 1000x more professional, knowledgeable, and easy to understand than the previous PA. We usually book the appointment directly with the doctor because of this, but now with Francie, we will be making our future appointments with her.

If you're in the mood for a doctor's appointment that turns into a two-hour endurance test—with zero communication from staff—this hematologist's office is your jam. Bonus points if you love sitting in an exam room for 45 minutes, only to get a phone call from their own office asking if you've left yet. (Spoiler: You're still there, wondering the same thing.)
