I’m so disappoint for everyone and everything there!
My oncologist is attentive and caring. The facility on PGA BLVD is under construction and severely understaffed in the infusion area. Additionally, supplies, such as blankets cups, and snacks are often insufficient or nonexistent. The staff tries exceedingly hard and are cheerful and professional under difficult circumstances.
Very professional every time I’ve been there.
This facility is mostly well run and the staff are professional. But waiting almost an hour in the waiting room is difficult for those of us who need to get to work.
