If I could give 0 stars I would. The blatant lack of care and disrespect from Fl Cancer Specialists has been appalling. Any respectable corporation would be embarrassed to have an employee like Alethia in their billing department. I asked for a manager, Alethia said they are in a meeting, I requested a call back after their meeting to which Alethia responded "No, they will not be calling you back." An absolute shame. I am a former patient of Dr. Goodman and was previously seen at the West Palm Beach office. Recently, my primary care physician referred me back to a hematologist, so I contacted Florida Cancer Specialists to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, my experience with the scheduling department was EXTREMELY disappointing. I have been a patient here for 10 years. I seen Dr. Mckeen and now Diedra. Who have always been good to me. So I trusted them when they told me i needed a bone marrow biopsy as soon as possible and referred me to Dr. Gerald Zemel. And Absolutely the worse experience with him today at Good Sam, for a bone marrow biopsy. NO ONE cared about any of my worries or concerns. Didn't explain what they were going to do. ****SECOND UPDATE: A Masterclass in Wasting Time**** If you enjoy having your time treated like an infinite resource because the staff assumes you have nothing better to do, this place continues to outdo itself. They called me first thing this morning asking if I could come in for a 10:15 AM appointment to get a necessary blood test for my blood thinners.
