We arrived before our appointment, signed in and were told to wait until we were called. That was about 20 minutes just to "check in" and be told to wait again. Mind you, this appointment wasn't to see the doctor. It was merely to have blood drawn for an appointment next week. Over 40 minutes went by and I approached the check in woman at the desk.
