Dr. Diaz and Dr. Wendy are fantastic, but what truly makes this office so exceptional is the incredible staff behind them—Jeanne, Richard, and Rachael. These are the key people who help make the entire experience so positive and welcoming. The Oncology staff is absolutely superb. Their compassion, knowledge, and understanding are second to none. I have not been satisfied with the phone service or the portal. I have not been able to get information I need.
Dr. Mace is a wonderful oncologist. Everyone in the office is very professional and make you feel special. There is only one nurse in the chemo room that has no bedside manner and that is Patty, she makes you feel unwanted and is not a very caring nurse. All of the other nurses are amazing!
They are wonderful! Got me through a very tough time in my life. Thank you Dr Diaz and Wendy!!!
