There was a woman in the waiting room playing beautiful, soft, calming music on the piano. The doctor and all of the staff members we met were super nice and friendly. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
All staff were friendly, kind and did their best to explain all meds and procedures. Next steps were followed through. Staff worked to ensure that the hospital stay was as smooth as possible.
