Sent my lens in to Art. Got it back roughly two and a half weeks later. It was cleaned and in the same working condition as when I sent it out. I didn't read reviews on him until it was already gone and was incredibly worried as it wasn't a cheap lens. The guy is pretty busy. Don't expect a super quick turn around or instant emails back. Price is better than competitors. I would probably use him again for non-critical stuff.

I have had numerous items repaired by Art @Florida Camera and Binocular Center and have ALWAYS been treated with utmost kindness and professionalism. He NEVER even charges half what the other shops do and sometimes will extend his six months warranty for as much as a year! This guy is a credit to the industry. Bill, Lakeland FL

Sent a lens to have focusing ring repaired and when I got it back it wouldn't focus anywhere between infinity and 5". I had my shipping department ship it for me and they shipped it without requiring a signature and I found out thru UPS they left it at the front door and now he's claiming he didn't get it. This guy's a total crook. We need to put him out of business.

Customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. This guy, who thinks he's a camera repairman, damaged my camera, reassembled it without putting all the parts back in and in the end failed to repair the shutter problem the camera continues to have.
