Ian - I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with your crew (Henry & Scott). They were not only on time, but early to the job site. They came prepared and ready to roll, yet friendly and professional. My family and I have been in the marina/charter fishing business for over 40yrs. We know all too well how hard it is to find good tradesmen that exhibit those traits. You obviously created a excellent business culture from the top down. If you’re thinking about installing a bow/stern thrusters pass on using Florida Bow Thrusters! They were subcontracted to do our Mainship 430. We’ve been on the schedule for several months. We paid the contractor in full and the contractor even said they spoke to the technician who was driving from Florida to South Carolina. We were pulled out of the water on Thursday and were scheduled to be splashed on Monday. I had to go back to Georgia to finish packing out since we were relocating to Charleston.
