This company ripped off many people by not paying their sub contractors, leaving liens on peoples homes, but they paid themselves and then file for bankruptcy. but somehow they are still open.

I and many other people have been left with liens on their homes or unfinished pools. This company run by ****** ***** (CEO) and his son **** ***** (VP) collected money and did not pay its sub-contractors. Do not build with Florida Bonded Pools. The owner has recently filed bankruptcy and left many homeowners and subcontractors with debts to pay. Florida Bonded Pools owes $27,000 in debt to the vendors who worked on our pool. They took our money and never paid the subcontractors invoices! The old owner had come back to try and resolve the issues but nothing has been done to help the homeowners with liens placed on their homes for lack of payment. Find a different company to build a pool with!
We recently finished a pool with Florida Bonded Pools, owned by ****** ***** in August 2016. Our pool is now complete and we are now receiving Notices to Owner and Liens being placed on our property due to their default in payment. We paid them with our hard earned money and they have taken it and now will not communicate about resolving this matter.
