After numerous phone calls to clear up address changes and renew for next year’s insurance, had to go into the Florida blue office in Carrollwood. Was assisted by Alexis Kelly who was fantastic. She knew the system, new house to get to the places she needed to fix, and renewed me for next year. She also figured out my payments for next year. Highly recommend her for help on all of your Florida blue neat! Thanks Alexis :-)

For the past couple of years, my husband and I have met with Claudia at this Carollwood location. I'm so grateful to have her help working through the maze of healthcare plans. When making our decision, we always come away satisfied that she truly has our best interest in mind.
I had my 2018 renewal with Clay Henry and he was very helpful. Everyone I met there was very friendly. Free flu shot today is a good thing.
For the last three years, we have met with Clay Henry to review the options for my wife's Florida Blue plan. Each year, we have made an appointment with Clay, and he has proven to be one of the most empathetic, knowledgeable, and organized consultants for My Blue. Clay makes you feel like you are a part of his family and his calm attitude and demeanor are reassuring. He is someone we look forward to seeing each anniversary. Long story. Took $690 from my account back in March for an $83 payment. Still trying to get straightened out, then get a letter I was dropped..... STAY AWAY......
