Vicki provided the highest level of customer service possible. She was extremely patient in explaining the various plan benefits. She checked to make sure my current physicians are in the plan. She checked my medications to make sure they are covered and even told me what to expect for each copay. She was very easy to talk to, was very kind, and was extremely thorough. She is DEFINITELY the "go to" insurance agent. You will be VERY HAPPY with her level of service and knowledge.
