Hi everyone I’m a cancer survivor , and when I needed help with the complicated process of getting medical treatment plan , Stacey at the Florida Blue Center in West Orlando really came through for me. She sorted out all the paperwork, talked to the doctors and insurance people, and made sure everything went smoothly for my treatments. Stacey was a total pro, super nice, and always ready to lend a hand. Florida Blue is my top choice for healthcare coverage.
had an appojintement for my daughter at 7:45 am and is 10:16 and the doctor has notseen us yet, the excuse they are givingusis that sheis with an ill pacient, shes been there for two hours, waht we need is a signature from the Dr. for a referral. they don ot realize that peoples time is valuable and that parents also work. worst place ever, the assistant dont know about procedures on how to attend customerservice, they dont deserve a single star
HORRENDOUS FACILITY. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came to establish care with a PCP as I was laid off this year and my new insurance doesn't cover my previous provider. They wouldn't do anything to actually care for me and wanted to just send me out with a referral to go elsewhere. What is the point of having them as a PCP if they won't do anything for you?
