I had such a great experience with Luciana at Florida Blue! After spending a lot of time calling the main customer service line and having difficulty getting my issue resolved, I decided to walk into the local office for help. Luciana was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. She had my issue completely resolved, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I really appreciate the excellent customer service Luciana provided and highly recommend working with her!
My experience with the people at Florida Blue has be awesome. Luciana has gone above and beyond for me since I began working with them. My insurance has been helpful and reliable, clear and they reach out regularly to check on me. Highly recommend.
The American health insurance system deserves about one star. Frank Smith deserves ten. I had an incredibly unique, evolving, and complicated change in coverage situation - with a tight timeline no less - that required me to shop for an individual health insurance plan. While everyone else I'd consulted was unhelpful and confusing, Frank was calm, patient, responsive, and unbelievably thorough. Very helpful and friendly staff. Had to get private insurance since I was laid off of work. They also have several programs at the center you can join. The office is bright and airy. Thank you Dania and Melissa!
