I'm a business owner and serve as benefit administrator for this insurance for my associates. FL Blue had no problem raising our rates this year but are almost impossible to get ahold of to actually administrate the account. When I do get ahold of a US based customer service rep (rare) they are very nice but have no ability to do anything - I have to email all requests to a generic email with automated responses, but no changes actually get made, And I can't utilize their website because it's so locked down that I can't actu... read more
