Terrible website. I spent 2 hours trying to change the PCP they assigned to me. There is no way to change using the new doctors name. You must search and the search forced the few doctors i. Their preferred network. On hold is LONG and insanely annoying flip between sales pitches, misleading guidance and stress inducing music. I waited on hold 20 min to do something that should take a minute to fix online.
Had 3 appointments with Alvin. I received a reminder call and he missed each and every one.
WORST experience ever!!!!! I had it for 4 months before I cancelled because they kept saying NOTHING was paid because I had Medicare!!! I NEVER had Medicare!!! WE did three way called 4 times and Medicare people said no she does not have Medicare part B only A. I DO NOT ever want this again! I advise to NOT get it.
