After they messed up my insurance plan, I spoke to Victoria at the Customer Service. She was very rude to me, hung up the phone on me and she blocked me from calling back again..
They are awful.
They service and assistance was horrible we sat and waited for over an hour. When we were finally brought back the lady "helping us was very rude and kept interrupting us when we would ask questions. While I understand we were frustrated the constant belittling cut-offs were unbearable and only made us more angry. She stated multiple times that "she understands we are young and have no money" and was overall extremely rude. Don't waste your time with these horrible people.
I recently received awesome customer service and very valuable information from Debbie Brooks, who assisted me with my insurance renewal for 2026. Debbie was very friendly yet professional and seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. She helped me find a policy that better suited my needs and saved me a lot of money. I would highly recommend her. 2026 will be my second year using a Florida Blue health insurance plan. My overall experience so far in 2025 was very good.
