My wife and I came in and and talked to Pat Lee. She was the best person I've ever spoken to at Florida Blue. We were so apprehensive about what we could afford,but she explained everything so well to us. She had such a positive attitude. We left feeling so confident in our decision. If you're just not sure of things,I would highly recommend her.
They do a great job at explaining which plan is best based on your needs/goals. The in person staff at the pensacola center seems to actually care. Since I have a high deductible plan, I would like to know where to sign up for a HSA (health savings account)? Please advise.
I don’t really see the point of this location. FL blue lied to me & canceled my policy without any notice, has no record of the call, the girl didn’t put ANY notes in my file either. I’ve been fighting them all year for 1 thing or another. They keep reminding me that they have this location, so I was up all night worrying, waiting to go in & work everything out w/ a live agent.
