Alexandra and Edi of Florida Blue in Winter Park, FL are hands down the best in all of Florida. Both of them have collectively made the many obstacles and challenges I faced after an extensive hospital visit. After several calls, and in-person visits, I can happily say that they have made my challenges less of a burden and put me on an optimal path pertaining to my healthcare.
Kelly was exceptional during my annual health assessment. She was incredibly kind, professional, and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Her friendly demeanor made her easy to talk to, and she took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated her patience and care—she made what could have been a routine appointment a very positive experience.
Florida Blue is the worst healthcare I have ever seen. They do anything to deny your claims. Their app is horrible. The customer service doesn't even respond and they operate illegally. It's illegal to deny based on pre-existing conditions. I wouldn't choose this healthcare if I were you. They continued to deny my iron infusions, which I would die without because I had gastric bypass surgery 17 years ago.
HORRIBLE heath insurance. They use A.I. operators who contribute NOTHING because they're robots. FLORIDA BLUE knows that NO CUSTOMER wants to speak to an A.I. robot regarding their health insurance. The CEO should be fired for this.
