Sadly, this location will be discontinuing their community events. They used to host everything from Yoga, to Tai Chi to Grief Support groups. I am perplexed as to why they would stop hosting events that bring in foot traffic. This is exactly how I found BCBS as my insurer. Very disappointed.
Alexandra and Edi of Florida Blue in Winter Park, FL are hands down the best in all of Florida. Both of them have collectively made the many obstacles and challenges I faced after an extensive hospital visit. After several calls, and in-person visits, I can happily say that they have made my challenges less of a burden and put me on an optimal path pertaining to my healthcare.
Kelly was exceptional during my annual health assessment. She was incredibly kind, professional, and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Her friendly demeanor made her easy to talk to, and she took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated her patience and care—she made what could have been a routine appointment a very positive experience.
