Florida Blue is the worst healthcare I have ever seen. They do anything to deny your claims. Their app is horrible. The customer service doesn't even respond and they operate illegally. It's illegal to deny based on pre-existing conditions. I wouldn't choose this healthcare if I were you. They continued to deny my iron infusions, which I would die without because I had gastric bypass surgery 17 years ago.
HORRIBLE heath insurance. They use A.I. operators who contribute NOTHING because they're robots. FLORIDA BLUE knows that NO CUSTOMER wants to speak to an A.I. robot regarding their health insurance. The CEO should be fired for this.

Amazing staff. Busy time of year and they are still being attentive and accommodating where they can. Karl was very kind with taking the time to help me. Kim is very lovely along with everyone.
