My wife is insured by Florida Blue. She has been trying to get an appointment with a gynecologist for weeks now. They keep sending her to be seen by nurses instead of real physicians. You pay to protect your health and they don’t care. It’s like paying for a Cadillac and getting a beetle.
RecommendedOnce I explained my concerns to the representatives I was treated extremely well. Both the service rep and the actual broker went out of their way to help me. The results were a significant savings for me and a very positive experience with Florida Blue.

I was just in this past week ( June 27) to get information on what procedures my health and dental would cover. It was late in the day and I was fortunate enough to talk to an agent - Bernard Merceron. He was so helpful and answered all my questions Pulling up information and even printing it out for me. I am so thankful to have an agent here at the Carrollwood office that I can call on for answers. Thank You Bernard!!
I have taken a number of classes here & they have shared very informative material. The people here are concerned & the manager is friendly & very helpful.
