Florida Blue is the worst healthcare I have ever seen. They do anything to deny your claims. Their app is horrible. The customer service doesn't even respond and they operate illegally. It's illegal to deny based on pre-existing conditions. I wouldn't choose this healthcare if I were you. They continued to deny my iron infusions, which I would die without because I had gastric bypass surgery 17 years ago.
Sam at these offices was the sweetest most helpful associate I have met in a long time! (5 stars are only for him NOT Florida Blue)

Some days we are torn. I don’t like to put energy into negative things, I’m torn to do so but today I will.
