Some days we are torn. I don’t like to put energy into negative things, I’m torn to do so but today I will. A beautiful day outside was spent spending hours ( literally, 3 hrs) on the phone with Insurance Coordinators for my various specialists who require pre - authorizations, referrals, ….etc. (They were all on file already but my insurance company hastily made changes based upon greed and caused chaos). Came in with a question, checked in and got answer immediately. Sat down with Ciara Hodges and answered a few questions and were done quickly. She answered all of questions and was very helpful, polite and respectful of our time.
They are not helpful. I am a sick person and all they do was give me a bunch of bills.so is a lie
