Some days we are torn. I don’t like to put energy into negative things, I’m torn to do so but today I will. A beautiful day outside was spent spending hours ( literally, 3 hrs) on the phone with Insurance Coordinators for my various specialists who require pre - authorizations, referrals, ….etc. (They were all on file already but my insurance company hastily made changes based upon greed and caused chaos). Came in with a question, checked in and got answer immediately. Sat down with Ciara Hodges and answered a few questions and were done quickly. She answered all of questions and was very helpful, polite and respectful of our time.
They are not helpful. I am a sick person and all they do was give me a bunch of bills.so is a lie
Florida Blue has outsourced their customer service so now you get someone who cannot even speak English and cannot really help you with the problem. This is so frustrating. Florida blue used to be really good but has really gone downhill.
