not happy at all with Florida Blue it's just a referral, so when I renewed my insurance I went with Molina I prefer their general practitioners much more
Florida Blue is the worst healthcare I have ever seen. They do anything to deny your claims. Their app is horrible. The customer service doesn't even respond and they operate illegally. It's illegal to deny based on pre-existing conditions. I wouldn't choose this healthcare if I were you. They continued to deny my iron infusions, which I would die without because I had gastric bypass surgery 17 years ago.

At the Florida Blue office located on Osceola Parkway, there is an agent named Alexandra Ales whose customer service is very poor. Instead of helping me get the best plan for my family of 5, she separated us and we ended up with a plan that was detrimental to us and caused us problems.
