Terrible! A lady said, we’re gonna be with you. We waited 20-25 minutes and nobody came. They could see us through the video camera if they want to how long we waited. We left.

At the Florida Blue office located on Osceola Parkway, there is an agent named Alexandra Ales whose customer service is very poor. Instead of helping me get the best plan for my family of 5, she separated us and we ended up with a plan that was detrimental to us and caused us problems. Hace dos días perdí una cita porque llegué 10 minutos tarde y ya que no podían hacer nada y hoy mi cita era a las 9:30 y ya son mas de las 10 y aún no me atienden cuando la que está PAGANDO SOY YO pero yo si me tengo que esperar y perder mi tiempo sin importar que tengo otras cosas que atender ? Creo que están bien desubicados
