I work at a hospital and have been trying to set up services for one of my patients . I have been unable to speak to a live person and left multiple voicemails and they have not returned my calls. Not that any insurance provider is any better but they seem to be especially bad.
This is a satellite office, with only two agents. The agents aren't always there and neither one answers their phone. You're better off going to Town Center. Amazingly, this office has a 4.6/5 rating. Must be friends and family doing the reviews.
Winston YMCA. An excellent work out center. Well maintained and well equipped gym. With physical fitness classes. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. An excellent place to work out.
