Went there today to get help with moving my prescriptions to mail order. Here are 5-6 people sitting behind desks, but I was met at the door with "we don't do that here". No "sit down and let us see if we can help you". Awful customer service. Will never return there.
Lost respect for FB. Had attended a fitness class for years and they abruptly "kicked" us out. Sited budget concerns but they kept others. This happened to another friend's class too.
Daniel 5 stars (FL Blue location 3 stars). Do yourself a favor and save some stress - book your appointment with Daniel. I've been working with him for a few years, and he's by far the best rep there. He is professional, friendly, easy to work with, and always follows through. FL Blue can be difficult to deal with, working with Daniel is literally the only way I can get stuff done (new policy, change policy, re-add dental that another rep screwed up etc.). That's why I insist on only working with him.
Greedy company. Blue got in a fight with my daughters pediatric provider. Refused to pay a fair amount for coverage so the provider dropped my plan. Florida blue would like me to double my monthly premium so my daughter can continue to go…. No thank you. Had to find a new insurance company. When will they learn that people’s health is more important than their bottom line. OUR HEALTH SHOULD NOT COME AT THE EXPENSE OF GIVING YOUR CEO A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR BONUS EVERY YEAR! -an angry father
