They offer free classes which includes health programs which include balance and dietary awareness which are given on monthly basis. There is always a nurse at the location who also gives information on health programs and very good people.
How convenient! Walked in and there was a yoga class going on in the lobby! Apparently anybody came join, just sign the waiver to take the free class! Love that! Was warmly greeted and asked how to help, was seen nearly instantly to go over my insurance policy. Super impressed at this place and glad have had no issues with my insurance provider :)
Florida blue is the worse insurance ever. They dont care about you at all. Raised my premium to more than double and now my prescription will be 500 a month. A medication I can go without and now cant afford and trying to get someone to help is not happening. The just passed blame unto walgreens and hung up..
