Florida blue is the worse insurance ever. They dont care about you at all. Raised my premium to more than double and now my prescription will be 500 a month. A medication I can go without and now cant afford and trying to get someone to help is not happening. The just passed blame unto walgreens and hung up..
Alexandro Gomes is worth posting about. This is a first for me, I never bother to post but he is outstanding. He greatly helped my son and me wade thru the complexities of medical and dental insurance. He did all of the confusing computer input that we couldn’t do on our own and got us the best coverage and price. He really is outstanding and provided us with a wonderful customer experience!
