Yuney took an hour to solve all the issues my broker caused with my plan. We were not able to locate it because he had sent my application with my name spelled wrong. I hate this company. I wish they would’ve never switched me over from Aetna. Absolute garbage over an hour to get through to someone on the phone. Can’t get answers for the questions I need. Extra hard time, getting referrals and appointments with the necessary doctors. Absolute garbage insurance company
