I went to Florida Blue needing more information on my member account. I was immediately helped by Samantha who was incredibly helpful and kind. She set up my rewards, gave me doctor lists, and explained my insurance benefits clearly and showed me how insurance works. She even shared tips I didn’t know were offered like the nurses they have that can see me for free. Highly recommend!
