I had an amazing experience with Samantha at Florida Blue. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping me. She walked me through all available resources, showed me how to earn points to help pay for my plan, set up my online account, and even helped me schedule a specialist appointment. Florida Blue is the worst healthcare I have ever seen. They do anything to deny your claims. Their app is horrible. The customer service doesn't even respond and they operate illegally. It's illegal to deny based on pre-existing conditions. I wouldn't choose this healthcare if I were you. They continued to deny my iron infusions, which I would die without because I had gastric bypass surgery 17 years ago.
