Unfortunately this is the only insurance option offered through my employer. Of course, that means I get to pay a small fortune to have a “PPO” that doesn’t let me use any of the major hospitals where I live, and who consistently refuses to pay for service for out-of-network care (including for the annual wellness exam). If I could have any other insurance, I would.
