Recently moved to FL. Called them and had appointment right away. They know what they are doing in this office. Helped me change my health insurance to better coverage than I had in TN! THANK YOU!!!!
This is the second time I come and the office is closed. Friday at 2.30 pm, although they are supposed to work until 5 pm

I have a ppo and I have so many delays with Florida Blue outsource the playing of God to get me approved for something as simple as a sleep study. Florida Blue gets another company to sit behind a desk and see what they find important to my health and not my doctor and myself. Florida Blue should not be able to randomly be able to play God
