they keep putting me on hold and hanging up
The worst thing about Florida Blue is their terrible website!! If you’re trying to find care or a provider on there, good luck is all I can say. It’s near impossible finding service on there. Phone numbers are incorrect and do not take you to the correct doctors offices. Locations are incorrect and have doctors listed at locations that they do not actually practice at. So Florida Blue used ExpressScripts for a while which was a home delivery service for medications and it worked great. This was until Florida Blue chose to quietly pull the rug on their customers and take the cheaper option (for them) and use Amazon Pharmacy. Amazon Pharmacy happens to not deliver my type of medication and now it is extremely difficult to get and has created a much bigger hassle. Horrible overpriced insurance. You can get a lot more for less with other insurance companies. I have hated this insurance from literally day one. December can not get here fast enough so I can dump this burdening garbage.
